Lindsey is extremely helpful, efficient, honest and transparent, patient, and warm/friendly yet professional. She expertly lined up a schedule of 4 viewings over a 3 hour period, and guided me and took notes along the way. Lindsey has excellent judgment and really listened to what I wanted, which resulted in my being able to find theperfect place that very same day. She even helped me fill out the application, and she followed up to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. I felt extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process, and would definitely recommend Lindsey to anyone who wants to make finding a rental as easy, efficient and painless as possible.

AMAZING wouldn't begin to describe my experience with Lindsey. I was moving from the West Coast to the East Coast and didn't have the option to see places in person. Lindsey visited all the places I was interested in and took videos/pictures and also made great recommendations. I tried working with other brokers, but for the most part they didn't want to go through the trouble of having to do all of that. I was searching for about a month before I met Lindsey. Once we started working together, I found a place in a week. I highly recommend using her as your broker. You won't be disappointed!
