How does FIND generate and provide leads to its agents?
FIND invests millions of dollars a year into lead generation across every major source — Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Google paid search and social media. Those high-intent buyer and seller leads are routed to our agents, so you spend your time closing deals instead of prospecting for them.
What does it cost to join FIND?
FIND uses flat membership plans instead of percentage splits. FIND Zero is $0/month (keep 85%, for agents with $50,000+ GCI in the prior 12 months). Pro is $0/month with FIND approval (keep 50% on leads FIND provides, 70% on sales and commercial deals you generate and 80% on rentals you generate). Flex is $119/month (keep 90%), Core is $549/month (keep 100%), and Enterprise offers custom pricing for teams.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can change your plan once per calendar year, with notice, and keep up to 100% of your commission. Agents stay with FIND because the leads and support actually work — not because they're locked in.
Who gets the best leads at FIND?
The best leads go to the best closers. Premium $2M+ luxury leads are routed to proven top performers first, while a full support team nurtures every other lead until it's ready to transact — so nothing is wasted.
What support and technology does FIND provide?
FIND runs the equivalent of a 15-person department behind you: lead generation, routing and follow-up, a full CRM and tech stack, transaction coordination, marketing, and ongoing training and certification. You focus on closing; the rest is handled.
Can agents become owners of FIND?
Yes. FIND is an agent-owned brokerage, and eligible agents can become owners — so your personal success is aligned with the growth of the company.
What markets does FIND serve?
FIND serves the New York metro area — including Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester — plus New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, and is actively expanding into new markets.

How this compares

Brokerages in NYC generally use one of three models. Traditional brokerages split commissions with the agent, often 60/40 to 70/30, so the brokerage keeps 30–40% of every deal. Capped-split brokerages take a percentage until a yearly cap, but usually add transaction or royalty fees on each deal. Some advertise 100% commission but charge high monthly desk fees. FIND uses set splits with a flat monthly fee, or no monthly fee at all on FIND Zero and FIND Pro, so you can see what you keep before you join.
