Mahmoud was punctual and showed an interest in what we were looking for and then ended up finding us the building in which we wanted to stay. That's all you really want in an agent. He did a little bit extra though in supporting my wife and kid on their tour of the building, after I toured on an earlier date. So, all around pretty good guy, as far as I can tell, too.
