A third-generation Los Angeles native, Shazz B. Baric followed his older brother - himself an NYU alumnus - to Manhattan, working various jobs throughout the mid-2000s which would include bartending, bagel delivery, Greenpeace street canvasser & timeshare vacation sales, as well as assisting in local political campaigns. He started his real estate career in 2012 with BOND New York only to later launch his own boutique brokerage, Rent-4-Less NYC, in 2016. Through this venture, Shazz became a premier expert in downtown rentals across Manhattan’s most competitive housing corridors. He then began a six-year hiatus from Manhattan in 2020 which would take him from becoming a business owner on a remote Caribbean island off Puerto Rico (Vieques) to managing sales teams in various industries across Southern California. Shazz now re-enters Manhattan real estate to expand his expertise into buyer & seller representation and commercial solutions to include capital stack strategies & special situations. Despite still dabbling in politics, entrepreneurship & consultations, real estate will always be where SUCCESS comes to REINVEST. Over his career, he has fielded thousands of customer inquiries, closed hundreds of transactions and earned dozens of five-star reviews.
