How does FIND generate and provide leads to its agents?
FIND invests millions of dollars a year into lead generation across every major source — Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Google paid search and social media. Those high-intent buyer and seller leads are routed to our agents, so you spend your time closing deals instead of prospecting for them.
What does it cost to join FIND?
FIND uses flat membership plans instead of percentage splits. Pro is $0/month (keep 50% on FIND-provided leads and 70% on your own deals), Flex is $119/month (keep 90%), Core is $549/month (keep 100%), and Enterprise offers custom pricing for teams.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can change your plan whenever it suits you and keep up to 100% of your commission. Agents stay with FIND because the leads and support actually work — not because they're locked in.
Who gets the best leads at FIND?
The best leads go to the best closers. Premium $2M+ luxury leads are routed to proven top performers first, while a full support team nurtures every other lead until it's ready to transact — so nothing is wasted.
What support and technology does FIND provide?
FIND runs the equivalent of a 15-person department behind you: lead generation, routing and follow-up, a full CRM and tech stack, transaction coordination, marketing, and ongoing training and certification. You focus on closing; the rest is handled.
