This is a doorman attended building that is well kept, located a block away from the moderately busy 34th Street. One of the main traffic veins of midtown NY. Stating that, you will not be far from many restaurants. and eateries located in the area. There is close proximity to transportation being steps away on 3rd Avenue or down the street on Lexington Avenue or 2nd Avenue, going downtown. Walking into the apartment, you immediately get how spacious it is. You encounter the kitchen to the left, which was being renovated with new counter tops and granite flooring at the time of these pictures. Stainless steel appliances are clean and white wooden cabinets are plentiful in the kitchen area. One countertop island space will make a great serving space flowing into the living area. The living area is roomy with its hardwood floors that cover its area. There is a terrace space for outside activities, just in case you want to enjoy your favorite beverage while looking at the sunrise or over the city. The bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate many extra large furniture options ie, king sized bed frame and mattress. You may be able to set aside a modest work station as well. The bathroom is standard with an extra touch with its marblesque design in its ceramic tiling that graces the walls. With all these factors and the location, you will not be cheated out of a lux experience. This may go quick, due to the demand so start your process immediately. I'm here to help. Be well.
